Hi friends .im not puchasd any villa in himagiri .

But I have many time to the himagiri .they are giving good service to its customers .

Inside of himagiri they built a very good plan and they have very very good ways of thinking about future because when they state you may think this area its not that much good , like tht but in future it will chang your thinkings .

About there service to there customers , they have giving very good security and controling all the activity in there area , they will plan that thyre customers shuld not to far for thire daily needs .there will be all type of facility to there customers .

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Himagiri constructions Bangalore to anyone wanting a stress free building experience. The construction of our project is almost done. From start to finish they were so helpful and impressed me with their knowledge of the industry.

They were very willing to hear our suggestions which were fantastic as it made all our dreams of our family home become a reality. I wouldn't have anyone else create and build our home because at the end you know you have a solid future asset to be enjoyed for years to come.

Peace of mind is a very reassuring thing with Himagiri constructions Bangalore.

I have purchased a 3 BHK apartment from Himagiri Builders in Bangalore about an year back. Its called as Himagiri Green Forest apartments located in JP Nagar Phase-7. Within 6 months of occupation, huge cracks started appearing on the roof and walls. I've raised this issue numerous time with Ramesh Reddy, Srikanth Reddy(the promoters), but no response. Ultimately though of venting out my plight at mouthshut.com; so that prospective aprtment buyers can learn from my experience. Problems: a. Roof Cracks: 4 Large cracks have emerged on the roofs of 3 Bed room and drawing room, with rain water oozing through them with ease. In fact, one can take a shower under the crack of drawing room.

b. 2 Large cracks have appeared on the window parapet, the rain water moisture has seeped in and destroyed the paint/destemper beyond recognition.

c. The quality of electricity wiring is really shoddy, my master MCB at the Meter Ditribution point trips at least once a week. Parking Story: a. This builder has secretly sold-off all empty parking lots(56 nos.) to the original Land-owner. These were the parking lots remaining after allocation of 1 unit to each of the apartment owner. Now all car oners with more than 2 cars are parking their cars outside the aprtment complex OR paying Rs.3000 to the Gunda landlord to park at those empty slots. Approach Road: Its a miserable experience living there, there is now approach road for 1 km. even through that the builder promised to build it .

Now, I understand that this builder is developing another property Himagiri Meadows(Villas) on Bannerghatta Road. Through this post, I would like to advise prospective buyers to exercise caution.check the reference of this builder before committing your life-time of savings into buying sub-standard house.
