I have purchased apartment in Block C on Feb 2019 and the builder had promised the handover before Dec 2020 .

Builder is Unprofessional

Its been 2 years(2019) now the construction have not progressed.

Builder makes false promises that construction will resume on April 1st 2021 and make excuses of Covid or Ugadi festival for delay.

There are 150+ customers and we have planned to approach the honorable court for justice.

Builder is Fraud:

Construction of villas have started on April 10th 2021 without the consent of customers.

No communication from builder and doesn't pick up the calls

Only email communication received is construction had resumed on April 10th due to Ugadi festival and few of us visited the site and saw that villas are coming up in amenities area promised to us.

Please refrain from buying or engaging in any kind of transactions with this builder and stay away from Hilife .

Builder is #1 fraud and #1 cheater, to name a few in that category-

1. 
   They made double registrations for about 50 flats. This one I guess the entire world know by now with the investor posted the review in mouthshut in June 2020. Also they mortgaged flats to multiple investors and financial institutions.
   



2. 
   They stopped construction progress even before covid-19 was first found in china. Nov 2019.
   



3. 
   Latest news- we got to know that they are going to construct row houses / villas in the place of amenities without any consent from customers. In short, they are not going to give amenities that they have promised and advertised in brochure at the time of booking.
   



4. 
   They are sick people and they never stick to their promises. They don't give a damn about customers who paid >80% already paying EMI and rent every month.
   



5. 
   Neighbouring Triflora apartment is from same HiLife builder. Owners are suffering from Mortgage issues still.
   

Positive and 5 star rating given here are by builder chamchas and ex-labour and ex-marketing staff only.

Such a low life builder he will face the karma.

I bought the flat in HiLife Greens project by Hilife Ventures in August 2018 with possession date given as Dec 2020.

Work at the site has been stopped before Covid in Nov 2019 and its been 1.5 years now no progress in construction and we have our home loans running paying EMIs

No calls were answered in last 3 months nor sms replies. Recently its been noticed that amenities area has been taken up to build villas without consent of buyers and deviating from the original proposed plan.

This fradulent activity has resulted in complete lost of faith and trust in the builder and now buyers are in lurch and have no option but to go legal.

Fraud builder beware before buying any flats in any of the hilife projects across India.

Hi Life ventures PVT LTD is synonymous to false promises, project deviation, multiple frauds. They are not only screwing this project but also screwed previous projects as well. They are fooling and looting customers with false promises.

1) Construction has been completely halted for more than one and half years.

2) They have made dual sale agreement of same flat for two different parties(One with buyer and another one with investor). There are 50 flats under dual sale agreement issue.

3) They have deviated from Project plan communicated to buyers.

4) They don't provide any timely communication or approach buyers for plan and execution.

5) They have allegedly started the VILLA construction on common area of project without buyers consent.

Their director Mr. Dhruva, is not ready to give any resolution and doesn't own the problems. All the buyers are at risk. It has been mental torture buying the flat here.

There is no progress in construction since last 1.5 years. The builder declared themselves bankrupt and now introducing other construction companies to complete this project somehow by deviating the initial plan, without even taking consent from the buyers.

They have mortgaged 50 flats to another company even after selling them to buyers.

Mr. Druva and other stakeholders of the Hilife has taken forgery to the ultimate level where we are only losing our hard earned money by investing in their property.

Pathetic Builder least bothered about Customers.

   There were lot of changes in management since its evolution in 2018. Each Management commits one mistake and the next one disowns it.

   They had double registered 50 flats to Kumari Builders after selling them to the Customers. This happened around 2 years back.

   They have stopped work long back in Nov 2019. The current Management claims that the previous ones have cheated him and he has no money to do construction.

   From then the new Management were never responding promptly to customer calls and whenever they answered, they would say " We will start work from next week. We will clear double registrations once all customers start disbursing money".

   The Management started constructing an extra floor without customer s approval.

   The construction now has been handed to Ecolife and now they are even going to construct Villas in the place of Ameneties.

   This builder has more than 50 RERA compliants registered and appeared multiple times in Police Station and still he is shameless.
   

DONOT BUY A PROPERTY HERE UNLESS YOUR MONEY IS NOT HARD EARNED.

Worst builder and management in the world. Never kept promise to the customer. Whatever there in agreement while purchasing flat dhruva and so called HiLife management are deviating from that without asking buyers.

The new management EcoLife which is planning to build villas inside HiLife premises on the ammenities area will be in big trouble in future. Because we buyers had purchased flat by looking these ammenities and open area space. If both builders are trying to snatch ammenities then we all buyers will pull both builders into the court and will make both of u big trouble.

New buyers never ever purchase flats or villas in HiLife ventures or EcoLife project. These are messy builders.

Fraud Builder, Cheater he Mr, Dhruva, Director of HiLiFe cheated all of their customers. Since last 1.5 years there is no work going on. He keep giving use false hope and now restructuring complete plan, Making villa in our amenities area.

Please don't get flat/villa with this builder. He can go to any lower extent.

!WORST EXPERIENCE! BIG CHEATERS!

Fraudulent builder… Please do not buy flat here. I booked a flat on Jan 2019, which was supposed to be handed over by Dec 2020. There is no progress from last 1.5 yrs and also they have done dual sale agreement for 50 flats with third party. Recently the builder got into an agreement with a third party to carry out the construction of the project and we got to know that the third party guys have plans of constructing villas in the space that was allocated to amenities of our project as per the original plan.

Mr Dhruva, the Director of the Hilife is big liar. person who doesn't keep his words

They have screwed up Hilife Greens project badly and other projects like Rio and Triflora are not upto the mark.

They have sold Dual registered flat to us.
