Pathetic Builder least bothered about Customers.

1. There were lot of changes in management since its evolution in 2018. Each Management commits one mistake and the next one disowns it.

   
   




2. They had double registered 50 flats to Kumari Builders after selling them to the Customers. This happened around 2 years back.

   
   




3. They have stopped work long back in Nov 2019. The current Management claims that the previous ones have cheated him and he has no money to do construction.

   
   




4. From then the new Management were never responding promptly to customer calls and whenever they answered, they would say " We will start work from next week. We will clear double registrations once all customers start disbursing money".

   
   




5. The Management started constructing an extra floor without customer s approval.

   
   




6. The construction now has been handed to Ecolife and now they are even going to construct Villas in the place of Ameneties.

   
   




7. This builder has more than 50 RERA compliants registered and appeared multiple times in Police Station and still he is shameless.
