Unprofessional...no customer service

We didn't expect this kind of unprofessional behavior from a reputed builder.Their phone no is not rechargeable, even they don't bother to reply of mails. They cannot play like this with our hard earned money. Will wait till puja if no communication received from their side then no option left except taking legal action.
