This review is regarding the Kingstown Wagholi project by Harshad constructions in Pune. The key builders involved here are Mr. Sanjay Kale and Mr.Kishore Kale of Harshad Constructions.
Both the builders have earned the notoriety of been finagled, pillager, adulterated and malevolent. Since they have achieved many negative reviews on many property websites, I would like to add something on the lines of these honest comments.
For starters, the builders promised that the Kingstown Wagholi project of five storey building would be fulfilled by December 2014 to the buyers. In fact, they have even acquired 90% of the advance from the innocent buyers.
Even so, when December approached, the project was nowhere near completion. Due to vociferous protest from the buyers about such a lethargic attitude of the builder, the deadline was being extended to March 2015. However, the project is far from being completed even on this day of review.
This obdurate attitude of the builder raised a few questions about the planning put into accomplishing the project schedule? Some of the facts that came out of this hideousness were extremely shocking. To start with, the builders were not paying the contractors for work they had executed in erecting the basic structure.
In this respect, many contractors had abandoned the project half-way without been paid their dues. Another problem was that most of the staff was underpaid or unpaid for their efforts in marketing of the project. Owing to this mistreatment, many employees left the Kingstown project with very disturbing memories. This is the very reason why the site has a deserted look, even today.
Despite committing these heinous criminal acts, the builders are displaying high handedness by impeding the progress of the project, so that some of the vacant flats could be sold off. If you are looking out to buy a flat in Kingstown Wagholi, please do not fall into the trap laid by Mr.Kale. It is advised to investigate these facts in person by inspecting the site. Furthermore, I request you to evaluate the shocking facts of the slow progress with local people living in the Wagholi and get to know the real face of the corrupt builders and their inexplicable delaying tactics.
Lastly, although Pune is developing fast, it is the builders like Mr.Kale of Harshad construction, who have been forestalling the development and extracting life out of people by eating their hard earned money in return for nothing.
