The project is embellished with superb interior.

There are 3 -4 lifts have been planned and the window will be decorated with the aluminum slides. Hallmark builders Project has sufficient points of electrical points with the furniture layout.

The systematic way of security system given as surveillance by CCTV. The maintenance staff and security men are given for the decoration of the apartment.

The staff was extremely rude after sales. absolutely no customer service after sales. While we have booked the price at an exorbitant price, the promises made at that time was no fulfilled, when we went to ask about the same the CEO Mr. Reddy was extremely rude and used foul language on us.

This builder has used all cheap materials for construction and did not provide most of the amenities promised. The worst part is that there is no rules and regulations for the formation of committee and they have just handed it over to Investors residing in the community without the consent of other buyers. The investors in-turn threaten the owners to stay out of the Community activities. The taps, fixtures and sinks used are of substandard quality and the door frame has also come out and was fixed back using huge nails. Not a fair company to transact with. Just money oriented.

Hi...i have good experience with hallmark builders...iam searched lot of flats near gachibowli area...now I got beautiful flats from hallmark builders...iam fully satisfied with hallmark builders...thank you very much to give a such nice flats with affordable prices.

Worst builders in Hyderabad. They just take your hard earned money & deliver cheap low grade quality house with unending & unimaginable issues, they employ cheap unskilled labour, had gone through nightmares to get defects fixed when the builder didn't resolve issues, got resolved by shelling out extra money. Water seepage, broken & chipped tiles in bathroom walls & floor, broken tiles on floor, uneven slab, uneven walls, cracked walls, rusted window grills, messy bathrooms with white cement all over, cheap fittings not of branded ones like jaguar, hindware etc what is promised in brochure

Currently Hallmark Silvanus project is nearing completion, my brother has purchased a 2bhk. In order to complete wood work in the flat, hallmark has asked to pay 10, 000/- for electricity bills. after wood work is done my brother and his friend have shifted to the flat now they have given electricity bill to him with that is around 2500/- .

Why did they ask for 10, 000/- payment when the bill would not be that much?

Why are they giving the bill even after paying 10, 000/-?

The builder has asked to pay GST of 1200 from that bill . How studpid is this? If the electricity bill was given then paying 2500 is no problem, but now we lost 10, 000 for god knows what and now we have to pay more?

These guys are cheaters and planning to go for consumer court on this, please join me everyone who are facing this issue.

This is builder is primarily located in Puppaluda, Manikonka area and has quickly gained a good name

bcz of the prices(in conjuction with the facilities) offered. But the quality and maintenance of facilities were pathetic.

The residents of the newly constructed Hallmark Tranquil project are facing nightmare esp., with Water, Sewerage Treatment Plant and

Electricity Backup. The Security personnel too provided by the builder will provide no confidence of security to the so called gated community.

The builder doesnt have a proper assessment of the maintenance costs involved nor proper control over Facilities Mgmt.

I understand water is a scarcity in Hyd, but the builder just doesnt have a proper backup plan and left it to the fate of an outsourced FM company.

The Residents of Hallmark Tranquil are currently facing a nightmare for basic needs like Water, Backup Electricity and Security. Other

attrcations like Swimming pool, Gardening, fountains etc., are far fetched dreams.

Strongly not recommend Hallmark builders, they are only doing business, don't care about the customers. They don't know how to design a gated communityand miserably failed in planning & execution with 3rd grade architects, engineers. The basics are not met how can they even reach the luxury they are falsely promising. Very bad behavior ofCRM team, Site engineers & complete Hallmark team. The construction is so downgraded that when we got interior designers they told ceilings & walls are not straight. Have to fight & follow up multiple times to get the basics done. Disappointed to the core and left all hopes with Hallmark. Request not to invest in their apartments. You will also regret like my family.

I searched lot of flats to buy in Hyderabad mainly near to Hi-tech city and my requirements are location should be near to hi-tech city and area should be descent and clean environment. Yes exactly I got the flat what I dream, I have purchased flat in Hallmark builders near Manikonda right now am very happy with location and area is very comfortable. To say about builders they offer 2bhk and 3bhk flats at affordable price when compared with other builders in Hyderabad and quality of construction is very good and they provide lot of quality amenities. Am very much satisfied with Hallmark Builders and I always suggest to my colleagues and relatives to buy in Hallmark.

There response towards customers is very good. and they are very much concern towards there profession that's the main good quality of them.

Good services, people are really polite and are quiet easily approachable. Recommended to some family members too, their price was also reasonable, no need to constantly keep an eye, they take care of their workers and house has been built exactly according to the plan, so go for it
