We purchased GST ON GST kilambakkam, more than 4 years they did not hand over the corpus fund(80, 00, 000 eighty lakhs) for 170 flats to association. more then 4 years association only maintain the building. one of the worst and white collor cheating builder.

Delay in  handover to association with corpus fund, kindly think to buy jbm product in future yes new year 2017 I must believe some new builers rather then jbm shelters pvt ltd, please I am one who admitted for buying aprt in jbm mudra, mr nirmal M.D., still delay process of finishing pending works in jbm, he is only money minded rather than giving to association.

pls contact jbm mudra association. members trully and betterfully.
