Green Mark Developer is having 2 projects in Hyderabad, Galaxy Apartment and Mayfair Apartments. Owner of the group is Kalyan Gorantla.
I called them fraud developer in Hyderabad not because of any personal grudges with the group, but an experience which we have faced as marketing company, when we were working with them.
During our association with the group, we have realized they cheat their customers systematically right from showing them dream and later with pricing, quality and delivery. They have delayed projects in Hyderabad and their so called finished project at very poor quality standards(Visit and checkout yourself).
Forgot about responding well to Marketing company like us, they don't even respond to their customers who has purchased flats in their project. Guaranteed zero service level. You may not be allowed to see your flat, becz you will object to its quality. Customer who wants cancellation, will not get their money back any sooner. We haven't received our marketing fee from 1 year, which is like peanuts, forget if customer will get their cancellation money anytime.
They have a systematic way of exploiting their customers and Channel Partners. For promoting their project, they call for Channel Partner meet and give lot of assurance and one plate Biryani. But believe me, that one plate biryani will be costing you so much.
