WORST PLACE TO RENT

Review on GreenMark Galaxy Apartments, Kondapur, Hyderabad

We were interested in renting flat C505, but the agent Shiv Ram of Galaxy apartments, did not allow us to meet the owners and was trying to make some commission which we agreed to pay. Seeing that we liked the flat, he was playing dirty by creating an unnecessary demand. Later quit his job and palmed us off to Nagender who is apparently his boss. Nagender was interested in C705. What were their personal gains are still not known. The owners of these flats have got to be cautious because of people like Nagender their apartments will not be given on rent. We were asked to come several times with a promise to meet the owner. These middlemen also insist we pay 7000 as maintenance from the beginning though none of the amenities are even close to functioning for another year or so.
