Though the product is really good, their after sale sucks. But there is room for improvement for the products being used. They are not top class for the payment we made to our flat. A significant issue and glaring one is their after sale, Esp a lady who heads CRM for Orchid piccadilly project. I dont want to name her. But do consider this point before investing in Orchid. It is not always about sale but after sale matters equally.

Worst Builder in Bangalore. Very rude behavior of staff. They think they are doing you a favour by selling you a property. If you send any email to CRM or sales there would be no response. They don’t bother to get back to you. Recently parking allotment has been done randomly without letting the owners know about the process. Owners of E block has got parking under I block. Some people have got in Basement 1 and some in Basement 2 randomly. I would not suggest to go with Goyal.

Overall the project is very good .build quality and amenities, location all are pretty good

Only drawback 8 found out that there is a graveyard beside the property. If you leave the graveyard issue the property os worth considering.

It is high time now that since the maharajah procedures have been taken online, it is equally essential that all the buyers are enabled to make an informed decision about their corresponding builder or the buyer.

They did not show us a review of any draft document that we could see before signing the agreement so we did not get any time to think well over what we want to do.

During the phase of redevelopment, the builder promises a certain amount of rent reimbursement that can facilitate the basic needs for all the owners that are made to shift on a temporary basis. However, this is not the case and the owners are facing problems with relocation as the rent amount is delayed by the builders.

There made some very weird demands at the time of possession and said that we would have to forfeit our money if we did not agree to their demands.

As per the governments rule, an account should be opened for each project that the builder tries to sell and the money for that project should be paid to that account only and the expenses to the project also should be thru that account. 50% of that money should be kept as security. However this is not been practised.

This is a high rise building and their fire fighting systems do not work. Having a safe building is so important, yet this building is not safe and this is a huge problem.

Their website has no approvals and licenses even though they told us to check their website for the approvals and licenses. How can they cheat customers like that is beyond me.

Orchid Piccadilly product is good but customer service(CRM) team who supports in providing the documents are really unhelpful. They share the half or usefulness document and when asked they talk too much of rules but when it comes to rules from their side nothing is applicable to them. They don't change a word in Agreement copy which give some doubtfulness on their ingenuity . I tried to escalate on the CRM team but was unable to find the next level contact.

The sales executive in Goyal and co does not have manner to speak to customers. One of the third class sales executive have been hired by Goyal and co. They have very casual attitude and negligence towards new customer which I faced during my today’s visit to orchid lake view property. I carried my initial booking amount but their attitude towards customer made me detain my decision to go with this property.

Goyal and co group has been highly unprofessional in handling the customer queries . They have delayed the handover and after informing about possession after one year delay they have not been confirming on the registration days . This is related to orchid lakeview project in Bangalore

Please see this video before booking any apartment in orchid lake view. Over the years, it has become intensely polluted with chemicals and sewage that have recently begun to react with each other to form a layer of white froth on the surface. It's like the lake is covered with fresh snow.

The lake has become so dirty, it has contaminated the groundwater in the area, infecting borewells and causing health disorders.

This project is very close to heavily polluted bellandur lake, Just opposite to the bridge in the video.  I have given advance and dropped after seeing this pathetic situation.

This is a very good project if it was not near to bellandur lake. Construction is good and they provide very good amenities.

I have to admit that Goyal and Co doesn't need testimonial, they are just superb from the word GO !!!. They have been thorough professional, they don't just get into hard selling, they are different. They first understand your need, help you get more clarity on what are the various options that you should go for, help you conclude and clarify all what you need.

In the world of real estate, this kind of engagement is rare to come by. My recommendation to anybody who is looking for a new investement to just visit their site or talk to CRM, believe me you won't need anything else. I have made investment in Orchid lakeview after few of my investments earlier. So far, I have done zero follow up, have felt zero anxiety, have witnessed zero delay, have experienced just 100% professinalism and dedication. Goyal & CO/Haryana group would be a force to reckon with for future as THEY DON'T SELL, They CARE and BUILD YOUR HOME TOGETHER.

Way to Go folks and as I said it to you multiple times now...You have earned my loyality for lifetime...
