So many good reviews is there, so I am thinking of investing in Golden Nest by same builder. I have gone to site and there are good, helpful people. Because home investment is big, I look at reviews to be sure. Will you please tell if it is good idea, because I like it very much, but cannot surely say. Are they good builders?

They have been there for long time, so they are satisfying? I like the location and the facility they say will be there.

Well situated, comfortable spaces, close to commercial places, but away from the rush. Very helpful interactions with the very well-informed staff. Reputed builders with  experience, so not much to worry about. Why choose elsewhere when everything is above-board and transparent and well-located?

Great looking, impressive properties. Certainly recommend this piece of real estate. Definitely a good investment:)

I looked far and wide across Bangalore for a good home, and I settled upon Golden Gate apartments. The elevation and the construction quality of these builders in Bangalore was simply amazing. I found the amenities exactly what my family needed.

I went to see so many Properties in Bangalore but due to my budget ie. 25 lakhs, I am unable to buy luxury flats but if anyone knows within my budget having fully furnished flats.

Golden gate properties is 15 years old company which has served the people so well, my friend, writing negative reviews about any company does not make any sense, even I have 2 flats in golden palms, My sister want flat so  i was searching in golden gate properties saw this feedback coming on front , this negative reviews are intentionally to divert customers.

But Service is good and construction is really good, I am hear from one year I dont find any problem with golden palms

I recommend this company and I'm personally impressed by the design and plan of the Golden Grand project in yeshwanthpur.

I'm excited about the features it offers and definitely believe this is a place to live in. Location is also very good as I would be directly opposite the metro station, midst the best malls and recreations.

I love the design of their building, I love their quality because they are the best .  I am going to purchase in golden grand, it was good after reading all the reviews I called them, really they are good towards their customer

I would like share with you that finally I have done the registration for my apartment at Golden Grand, Yeshwantpur last week. I am so so happy, it was pending from last couple of year.

There was a delay because of recession and other financial problem but when JM took over the project and Golden Gate Team specially projects and CRM has done a wonderful job. I really appreciate their efforts.

I have attached couple of pics also for your reference.Thanks once again to Golden Gate.

I have noticed people are writing about Golden Gate and staying they are fraud or cheaters. Dont trust them or dont invest with them. I am not able to understand why?

I can understand there projects are delayed or may be amenities are not completed but it does  not mean Golden Gate become cheaters. They are in the market and they are completing their commitment in terms of amenities as well.

I have attached few pics for the readers reference. These pics are Liberty Acres amenities pics.  The work is in full flow.
