If you don't believe, check the price appreciation trend of this society in comparison to other societies in the area. You'll be shocked to know instead of going up its value has gone down by 5.9% whereas other societies in the same area have gone up by 4%. This speaks for the quality and value of the society. For this too, Mr Manikandan will tell you a story of paid ads, etc. Don't fall for the trap.
