Booking Flats using squaryards is not recommend

I've had a profoundly negative and bad experience with Godrej builders, particularly since I booked an apartment through Squaryard agents. Regrettably, I ended up paying 2L more than the actual price due to their involvement. Moreover, despite assurances of a cash discount post-agreement, I've not received any communication from Squaryard even though I completed the agreement formalities seven months ago.

Their explanation—that Godrej is delaying their commission—is troubling. Given Godrej's esteemed reputation in the market, such behavior is unexpected and disappointing. It raises questions about why a company of Godrej's stature would engage with external agencies for marketing purposes if they cannot ensure smooth and transparent transactions.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I believe it's crucial for companies to uphold their promises and maintain integrity, especially in dealings as significant as property transactions. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement and prompts a resolution to this matter.
