i am surprised with your statement, commitment is what they lack. we have a property at Godrej aria, Booking date July 2020 and full payment done in Oct 2020. despite so many reminders godrej is unable to handover the property to us ..their team is p...athetic, highly unprofessional bunch of people are handling this project. there are lot of frustrated owners like us waiting for their property to be handed over...the quality is really bad. we made a bad choice.  Read More

I am not sure about Godrej Aria. My feedback is for 101 project. Also, we need to be considerate keeping the covid situation in mind. My units are ready but i am not yet done with final registration due to my unavailability.
