Hello friends this is your new friend tanveer and I want to show you the real face of this developer.

The giriraj is the builder but in reality they work for only money they dont care about the people emotion and they dont need any blessing only they need money they are hungry for the whelth.

My uncle is teacher and he transfer from sangli to mumbai they they book flat from the giriraj owner they are thug my uncle and they are given a small flat 2bedroom 1kitchen and 1drawingroom they loot lacks of money from my uncle but my uncle deserve much better on that price.

My uncle flat is not good its cross and its look like 90s style house and important thing the wall of that house it cracking and its its not water proof its wet on rain sesion.

This the our exlerience with the giriraj developr .

They are develop buildings for living apartment for many contractor. My Mumbai friend's apartment contract given to them and they complete their flats for many peoples in two year which is so long as compared to its facility. Contractor gave him more money to develop a sweet society building but they don't do as contractor or other peoples think. In two year he complete his work and when everyone saw this tgey all feel guilty because their apartments not so much as they want and gallery is also small. All really feel bad and parking area not much. So I suggest you don't give any contract to them otherwise you also feel bad .

In my opinion also giriraj developers, navi mumbai is not an appropriate form of building agency in mumbai. Many non satisfactory issues originated that is why my father no longer has any trust on this agency.

They build a flat for us in contract in mumbai only and the construction is not appropriate. Customer service is poor or next to zero. They promised about the right ang good quality material but as the flat was seemed it was not good and also the interior structure was also not good looking.

We had many hopes with this flat but in the end all of our hope went reuined as we do not like the flat at all. Due to the unsatisfactory result  the cost which was used is also seemed to be expensive. Only one thing was good in them was the staff attitude due to which they were able to grasp the customer.

Overall it was sincerily a bad experience. And all our mony went wasted.

Few months ago my family is shifted to mumbai. We are aline there and in urgent we need a flat for living. Someine has told us for this giriraj developers and we go there for purchasing a flat. As we entred the office their staff gives us a very warm welcome. And we thought at that time that we are at right place.

But when we talked with manager if this office we are very disappointed.

Overall their staff courtsey was very good.  but the way their manger talked with us was not good.

After this much disappointed we gor for seeing their flat but the flat they built was not so good . Their rooms were very bad . I know about the rooms quality. So I can tell aboout the room . So I am not happy wifh the quality so its not happy with the room so we left there.

Hello and welcome in. my review about Giriraj Groups construction team in Navi Mumbai. Friend I went their to examine all work and give a best review on it. Personally I don't buy any property their but for give a genuine review on this I visited their. For many people working their I hear that the construction of buildings are constructing very slow. The reson behind this is they want more customers to buy their property and for this reson they build their project slowly. It is nice for them but not for us because we want on time project so this is a bad building group. Thank you
