The LINT 4 session that I attended on corporate etiquette was great. It was good to be part of the LINT Workshop.

The Selection of the trainer for the day was perfect. Priyanka was good and lots of simple techniques made it easy to understand to apply it in our day to days life and surly I will apply in my life. I like the topic how to give a good appearance.

I am Max Menezes and have booked at Gera’s Imperium STAR. I would like to thank Gera Developments for organizing such a nice learning event. A lot of times it so happens that we have a great deal of potential but we don’t do a lot with it and stay in our comfort zones as mentioned during this event. This event helps us awake that potential and hunger to move towards our success. As a business entrepreneur myself, I understand that great leaders go out of their way to boost the self-esteem of their own personnel. There was definitely a learning for us in this session and is seen as a push in the right direction. So thank you, Gera Developments for this session and look forward to more.

I did not know that purchasing an office with Gera Developments would open up a world of opportunities for me. I was unable to attend the LINT 1 program but I made it a point to attend LINT 2 program and I must say that it was a very good initiative by Gera. It not only helps in bringing new ideas to you but also helps in changing your perspective, not only personally but professionally as well. I am hoping to attend many more such initiatives and thankful for this opportunity and nurturing from GERA.

“I am a Scientist, working at the National Institute of Oceanography, Goa. We own an office space in Gera Green Project, I know Ms.Gera Developers at Goa for the past three years and I am very happy with them - particularly with their time schedules in completing their projects. Recently, I attended the LINT -2 Program conducted by Ms.Gera Developers at BAY-15 Resort. This program made me to realize that, learning is a continuous process and really helped me understand the foundations and importance of how to plan for the future and the meaning of strategic planning much better. It was really very useful. It made me open my mind to planning and many other aspects but particularly helped me understand the importance of interacting with other colleagues or people in general. My intent is not simply speak highly about Gera Development but the usefulness of this program can’t be denied and I feel the need to simply thank them for organizing such a program for us…. Dear Team, Firstly thank you so much for inviting me for this wonderful event. It was a pleasure to be amongst all the Gera imperium owners.

Imperium star was a unique concept with food courts, restaurant and shops accompanied by small offices making it affordable for common man to invest.

I have booked in other commercial projects also like Alfran Plaza in Panjim but no builder has taken a initiative like this one a programme where we get introduced to our future neighbors.

Keep up the good work. Looking forward for another learning programme.
