H 405/1118 sqft sir ji please refund my brother money due to

yur project is not completed my brother give yu 15.59172/ fifteen lac fifty nine thousand one hundred seventy two Rs. total inhance the project is not complete therefore I request yu to please refund my brother money as early as possible

my brother having a brain hammorange so he can't talk further I also booked a flat in the same H 404 in the name of praveen rastogi I got my money last 2 years ago so pl. refund my brother money because he is very needed.
