It was very good services from Garuda Royal Homes. I have purchased a 2 bhkflat in Garuda Royal Homes, The prices were competitive and I was very pleased with the quality of work performed. It has a very large jogging park, Swimming pool, Basket ball court and Play Areas.They study well before deciding the location, and the construction design. We had purchased a flat by seeing their excellent plan and pleased way of approaching.

Later we not only me there where 100 buyers who were not happy about their work, till date no approval for 4 floor, and they bluff every time. DO NOT LOOK INTO THEM. If you are investing your hard earned money.

As the first step, I called them up and got the details of the project, floor plan, price and other information to minute details and also fixed up a site visit appointment. Following the weekend I did the site visit and found the location and development in that locality to be encouraging. I independently went to the neighboring projects to check if whether the Garuda Blossom sales guy saying is true. Though there were some masalas, I found the core factors to be true which include the low price, water availability, and connectivity at Garuda Blossom. Finally, I am happy with Garuda Blossom.
