Thank you to Mr.Srinivas(CMD) of Garudachala. We were waiting past 8 months for the 4th-floor opening for bookings. We received an E-mail that they started 4th-floor bookings and immediately we rushed to Garudachala Sale Team. We take all the details from them and agreed on their terms and conditions. we are happily booked a 3 BHK Flat in Garuda Royal Homes. whatever he says he will stand for the word, and that made us very happy. I am so happy they come up with a new project called Garuda Park Square in TC Palya KR Puram. We booked one more flat of 2 BHK they are giving world-class amenities in Garuda Park Square just diagonally opposite to fully developed 7-acre BBMP Park and another side beautiful lake that made me so impressed. The community is very well maintained and the neighbors are overall very friendly. The neighborhood is very safe and the walkways are amazing for a long stroll especially in the wintertime weather. My family lived in Garuda Blossom on the pool front and the view was really spectacular,

Hi Myself shankaragouda Patil living in Garuda Royal Homes which is located in KR Puram near TC Palya circle very close to old madras road. I purchased three flats. It is a wonderful and great pleasure to have home in garuda royal homes. They have provided all the facilities and amenities with a swimming pool and indoor, outdoor games with a flowery garden for all aged people. Management is very good at dealing with prices, and very clear in all documentation papers. Very nice place to live with family,
