I am a eye witness about Ganguly group. It's a totally cheat company or fraud you can say. They are illegally taking people's property or land & make them finished & also this company can make people homeless in South kolkata & surrounding areas like Sonerpur kamalgazi garia patuli area. Of you are thinking to purchase Ganguly group's flat then please quit, because think about those homeless people on whose property they are making buildings, those people are finished from here & there, they are allegedly taking their house or land. Everywhere so many people are fighting cases with Ganguly group. The most fraud realtors ever!!!!

The property is built in an area that is near a dumping ground and there is a bad smell that it leaves behind, which is causing us headaches and irritation.

It is becoming very difficult for the residents to help towards contributing in the built up of the garden but the funds are not provided by the BMC which is very indicative of the fact that the BMC is shirking its responsibility. This should generally not be the case if a resident wants to abide by the norms.

Their 2 BHK houses have a carpet area of 551 square feet, which is really less and the prices are really exorbitant in comparison with other builder's properties!

Ask for a receipt after you have paid the maintenance because the builder took maintenance from us, but denied that he paid the maintenance in front of the society members because of which we had to pay maintenace again! Such a renowed builder doing such things for money, who would have thought!

The government currently fails to back the residential societies with much of finance driven plans. The main concern behind this is not been able to increase the FSI and since most of the property was developed before FSI was lowered, redevelopment becomes difficult.

They make you pay for each little thing like even car parking space. No other complex in the society makes you pay for car parking.

Since many of the buyers that have high-end budget are located and based out of metropolitan cities, the requirement of the buyers stems out of having suitable places to park their cars and as a result the developer provides more than what is required.
