False promises, unreal timeline, Mental harassment

Full of false promises & commitments - Sales team will lie like anything to get the flat booked.

Payment schedule is fully in favor of builder - they will build the whole structure, Flooring( everything mentioned in payment schedule) & get the 90-98% of money. After that they will leave common areas, stairs, lifts etc pending for 1-1.5 years until Rera date is just 4-5 months away. They will shamelessly claim that they delivered the flats before date. Though they committed flats to be delivered in Diwali -2022, already got 90-98% of money from 400+ flats - There is no light on the possession:(.

They will mentally harass you by adding late fee etc out of the blue & later remove it as they did a favor on their client.

They will do mistakes in the demand letter to pull more money.

Horrible experience . I can tell on behalf of 400+ folks - it is a mental harassment to book flat with Goel Ganga Developments .

Same thing happened for Ganga platino. It will be same for Ganga Avanta Mundhwa. Be careful & share.
