Scheme is best for urban residing , location of this building is located on main road of surdhara circle which is porsche area of ahmedabad , this building are having laun concept as well, this group provides plenty of facelities along home such as volley ball court , gymnasium , securities . here you will not face any problem as supermarket store are available at ground floor and plenty of other shops such as saloon , restaurant etc
No proper fire fighting systems!

In recent times the importance of a proper fire fighting system has become so important especially for high rise buildings and surprisingly this building is not well-equipped to do that!

The delay in the completition has forced some of us to live in temporary houses and it is just so frsutrating and annoying because the builders are not taking an interest in completing the project as soon as possible so that the buyers can move in!

High maintenance fee

The maintenance fee here is really high and we do not even get the amenities and facilities according to that, so it is not fair.

The property is quite prone to disaster and there are no safety measures, which is quite risky. Also the construction is of bad quality, which is what I do not like about this place.

During the time of possession, they made such unreasonable demands and they forced us to sign those documents by saying that if we did nt agree it would take more time for us to get the house.

The carpet area of the apartments are too small and yet they make you pay a huge amount. I don’t think it is worth investing in this place.

I visited the Maple County II scheme constructed by Ganesh Housing.

Just after 4-5 years of construction, all walls are showing damp & seepages in the apartment.

All construction material is of low quality.

I don't think the building will last 30 years.
