The clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym, spa, jacuzzi, indoor & outdoor play area, and library. Departmental stores & other essential services are available within the society complex. The neighbors are friendly. Most of the festivals are celebrated in society. Each flat has proper light & ventilation.

Quality of product very poor and electricity supply also poor and major issue. They have charged a good amount in comparision of other society but all time they have issue of power cut off 4-5 hrs.

Expected very good quality for this project as it was first project of this builder. But build quality is so poor that falling ceilings have become common. plaster comes off the walls. water leaks into walls. Height is parking is not provisioned for all the flats and builder has not allocated parking even after two years of giving possession.

Buildrer promises a lot but delivers nothing

I had an illusion as per the market that Galaxy is a very good builder.

But this broke down when I stayed a year in my home sweet home i.e. Galaxy North Avenue 1, Gaur City 1.

The reason is Bad Construction, wrong hopes and even written things on agreement was not delivered.

A small example is: When I shifted and got my interior done I tried to set up the new curtains I bought and very happy that it looked so good but in just 3 days the curtain rod fall with the cement and a big hole in my wall. Another one, I tried to setup my Split AC so setting the condenser unit in my balcony I asked my carpenter to drill the side wall of balcony and set the unit there, he did and even put the stand tight up with screws but as we put the Condenser unit the stand fell off and my carpenter and me catching hold of the 20 - 30 kgs unit hanging on the balcony of 16th floor just to avoid the falling on someones car.

Message to the builder: Please take care when you decide which material is being used while building flats because these are just not flats these are homes for middle class people like us who invest there while whil savings for a HOME and you guys are putting us on stake. Also parking.we paid 1.45 lacs for individual parking not for a sharing parking.

Please it's a request for all the reairesid kindly allot us what is in the agreement atleast, and not to mention that we are paying for the POOL& GYM that was also in the agrewagre as life time membership
