Worst and pathatic builder. Fake promises, dates only. There is lack or no communication between internal teams. When customers ask questions they point fingers to each other like kids from school's .

Seriously i can not give zero or negative star thats plus point they have here else there rating would be negative.

Construction of 4 extra floors without approvals, making commercial space in residential apartment are deviation taken by builder.

Lastly talking attitude of all FH guys is you need to wait else you can cancel.

Frontier Shelters - Another name just "full of fake promises". I bought a flat in their Frontier Heights project which was supposed to have been handed over by the end of March, 2020. Until now, not even the 50% of the Project has been completed for us to see their progress. The VP especially is really cold to the buyers especially when we ask for the update(which he promised earlier) on basic things like lifts, electricity, registration, etc. The employees are just scared of him and not even asking the buyers' questions to him for our sake.

Any 4 or 5 stars are not to be believed, As they seem to have been rating themselves:D

I am interested to purchase a property in Frontier heights, but many of the friends suggested that its construction speed is very slow, they claim to complete the project by March 2020, but still basic structures are not yet complete. Finishing work is even more time consuming, and a liqueurshop opposite to the project as well
