Dead Investment for customers

After getting brand name, they are least bothered about development of existing projects, only concentrating on new ventures. Myself and friends took properties in 2017 by seeing the development surrounded by marketing office and school, but now regretting a lot, it is a dead investment. As a customer lost money and time, but company is happy as they got hard-earned money of customer and doing new ventures.
One venture started in 2017, after releasing mortgage(approx. in 2019/20), forget about development, plot numbering not done. In another venture(took resale plot) which started around 8-10yrs back, till now roads not developed, and since more than one year it was in the same condition.
We are nowhere in a position to resale our plots.
The staff itself not sure about development, think before you do investments here.
