Builder controls the property management and has been only trying to burden the owners with huge maintenance fee. Association has been over ruled by builder to make profit.
No safety and is at a remote place

This is outstanding in every aspect .

Nothing to criticize here.

Only 2 points which I am not satisfied.

Initially villa is built of glass .

In case of our absence what is the safety.

Second point it is a remote area far to approach the city for any needs.
