Hey I had visited the site located at Porur and I had no hassle in finding the place and they had reserved car parking space available as well. The team was very friendly, polite and educated enough to answer my queries.

The project looks impressive and they have a model flat also which gave me an idea of what they mean by future ready home!

It has been observed since the past few days that Parking within a reasonable walking distance up to 3 blocks has become very hard to find and that is very true to find worth accommodating during specific times of the day.

This has been a very big cause for many of the parking demand that is generated by a specific group of uses and it is seen that it is not being accommodated on the site of those specific locations or even within the adjacent on-street spaces.

They are really cheats. They show you attractive brouchers and plans, but when it comes to implemetation, nobody is doing anything about it. Be careful with them and do not waste your money until you see the approved documents and licenses.
