Respected Sir / Mam,

I have been cheated for Duplex at Heavens Life located at Katara Hills, Barrai Village developed by Fast Track Real Estate Developers.

For that already I have online complained to MP Police website. Also colony residents have complained to katara hills police station. Respected Sir, Below I am writing, how builder have cheated us. Kindly guide me for justice.

Sir My deal was done in September 2015, and Registry was done on 10th June 2016, and I was given incomplete house on 22.09.2016, during deal I told them already I want to celebrate my son birthday on 23/06/2018, but till this date my home work was not complete, when they gave us house on that time lots of jobs was pending at my house and society.(Still pending till today)

And for that several time I was reminding them to complete all the jobs at our duplex and society, but they did nothing. And then I sent them email in May -2018 to complete all the jobs, I wrote already in email, your payment is ready to us please complete all the related jobs. When they were not doing anything then I complained to Rera on 11-06-2018 and on first hearing they cut the power of all residents. Then all residents went to CM House police station. Also Rera order have come on 05.03.2019, but after Rera order they have done nothing. Also all residents have given them several time reminder letter, and reply letter they already accepted to get it done all jobs as earliest. But still nothing is done.

Sir, at my home lots of jobs pending, still my duplex is not painted, no finishing jobs, no park to each house, single painting coat is not done in service area, No video door bell, House is leaking in rainy weather, some broken tiles they fixed, in all toiled windows jobs are not done, No texture paint on one wall, No fall ceiling in One room, No electricity meter, no 24/7 electricity backup etc. still lots of jobs to be done. Some extra jobs in kitchen(which they told us one lacs extra jobs).

And in Society, No swimming Pool and kids pool, No Club House, No Jogging track, No Temple, No Children play area with equipment,, No meditation hall, No security camplus, No spa, No Meditation Hall, Indoor Games, Library, Lounge, Kitty Party Hall etc lots of jobs are pending at Duplex .

At the time of my deal I gave them security cheque,(and we were buying house and believed to builder), and I wrote the builder’s company name on cheque and builder have filled date and amount by their self and presented security cheque to Central Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank Shahpura Branch on 20/07/2018,.

Sir, builder have showed us lots of dream, and now all the dream are draining, builder is doing nothing and troubling to us.

Due to Double handwriting cheque should not have been accepted by gramin bank, but Central Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank Shahpura Branch have accepted cheque and send to Union bank service branch Bhopal, also cheuqe should be rejected by service branch bhopal of Union bank, but they also accepted cheque, and issue the return memo, due to insufficient balance cheque bounce. And now builder have filed case 138 against me, where I got the bail on 15/09/2019.

Sir builder always powerful in money and power. And bankers were bend or afraid due to that. May builder make preplanned and give bribe to Central Madhya Pradesh Gramin Bank Shahpura Branch and Union Bank Service Branch Bhopal.

Sir, builder have written Rs. 7 lacs on the cheque, where I am to pay Rs. 680,000/- after completing all the jobs, I am agree to pay but after all jobs are to be done at our duplex and society as per their promises. Sir on the notice, is written I gave him Rs. 3720,000/-, where I have given to them Rs. 3820,000/-. And on the Rera order also I was typing everytime,

Sir, after buying expensive house I am paying to lawyer, court fee, mentally tension, all the time crying. Because builder have looted my whole life earned money, and playing from that. And we are crying, and we don’t have any option.

Sir, Fast Track Real Estate Developers is suspended on Rera Website. And now I checked they have changed their company name i.e fast track megaventures private limited.

Sir Please guide me for justice.

Respected Sir, its humble request to guide us for justice, I don''t want be part of court / police, I am afraid of this, because I am salaried employee, and builder have looted my whole life earning, and then filed me 138 case for me. Sir Please look into matter, study my case, if anything you required I can share with you.

Its Humble request please guide me for justice. Builder have looted my whole life earned money and given too much tension, on broucher you can see how builder show us lots of dream, and all are going to drainage, builder is powerful, and they are doing nothing even after Rera Order.

The Builders is most famous for looting / Cheating/ and making fraud activities, Builders(Aarti Dubey Wife of Raja Dubey) have sold me Duplex, They have showed lots of dream and given me broucher, But after giving amount builder was not listening, even they have given me incomplete house, no painting no finishing, all materials was very bad, all wall was leaking / shrinking, but whenever ask they says ok.

Even Colony is not secured / not covered, every 2nd day theft kind of things keeps on happening, builders have not completed even 5% jobs at Duplex and Society, They have written in broucher, but no Swimming pool/no Club House / no jogging track/ no kids playing equipment / no maintained garden / no Temple/ no pavours / No Power backup for Duplex and society / No CCTV / No Video Door bells at any one duplex / No Texture paint / No Finishing / No fall ceiling / No 40 Feet Road, lots of jobs are to be done.

Builders have not completed even 5% promise, there are lots of issue in society, Builders Mrs. Aarti Dubey is play with our money, doing nothing, But when she was doing nothing, before one years lots of residents have complained for her in Rera, But after RERA order she has done nothing, Even our colony no electricity meter, When we complained for her in Rera same day she has disconnected power of whole colony, then all residents went to CM house, and police was not writing complained for her.

This builders is big in money, so all police people doesn't listen us, I have given to them security cheque, and she has misused my security cheque(she has written amount date by their self), and present cheque to bank, and cheque was bounce due to insufficient balance. And after that she has filed 138 case against me, (I am to pay 680, 000/-, where she has filled cheque of Rs. 7 lacs, I have paid them Rs. 3820, 000/- and they have written I have paid them Rs. 3720, 000/-), I know she has big approach,

This builders have looted my whole life earned money, and still asking money, and do nothing(She has given me very expensive house, and facilities are zero)

It is Humble Request if any one can give Idea for justice, I have expended lots of money, She is big in money and approaching so everywhere I am defeating(She is leader of BJP). After RERA order also She is doing nothing. Herewith I am also uploading video
