Invested and repenting

I have invested in this project in Jun 2015 under a lucrative investor offer for a 2BHK flat for Rs. 25 lakhs with assurance to get possession by Jan 2020.

It is very heartening to see that the project has not even started till date and no RERA number has been allotted. The firm is neither giving proper update not refunding the money. As per the agreement they are supposed to pay refund with penal rate of 2% more than the lending rate at the time of agreement which amounts to 11% per annum on my investment for the last four years as on date and it is increasing day by day.

I suggest all people invested in this company beware and seek your refund as soon as possible.

I have two more investment with the same company where in they have not yet handed over the piece of land under some reason or the other. Now their Manager Berlyn D'Souza keeps fooling me with a false promise.
