I have a booked a 3BHK Flat 906.25 sq.ft. at Evanie Econest, when the Project is launching. and I have paid 25%amount. but till date constuction not going properly. I have consult my lawyer, then he told me withdraw your deposit amount.
I submit the withdraw application 2months ago. but Evanie deduct 4% my deposit money.and give me a PDC cheque another 15 days later. then 15days later when cheque drop my bank the cheque was bounce .but till date I have no refund money. I call the company several time but no response. please help what I do?

I have booked a flat in Evanie Econest. According to the advertisement the sales team said that they have Axis bank approval but till date there is no such thing as approval.I have paid 35% of the flat value. When I call them marketing team says that construction work is going on but there is no such thing. I feel I have lost my hard earned money by investing in this project.

Does not matter how much I talk about this it will be less compared to what they are doing on grounds. DO NOT WASTE HARD EARNED MONEY, Investing here.
They do not have bank approval yet. Noo banks are ready to finance in this project. I have approached renowned banks like SBI, PNB, HDFC Finance, YES Bank, Central Bank all of them denied and said "THE LAND HAS ISSUES/PROBLEMS".

The product and location is convenient.
I appreciate the way they made me understood about the project,
however more effectiveness towards the project completion, can attract more buyers.as they have good amount of amenities for making a comfort residential stay.
It was overall a good experience with them.
Staffs are smart enough.Well behaved.

Good location. It is in a close proximity to Sukhobristi- Goshala. I believe to get the delivery at the right time as the work have been started on full swing. I would request the complany officials to provide more real time information on the website for better understanding of the project.

They said they will do lottery for 10 1 BHK flats. For that I have to pay 50, 000 INR Token Amount. On Mar, 2018 they will held the lottery. But they never keep their promises. Even They did not do that lottery, now they are forceing the buy a flat. Who ever cheated by this Scam. Raise your voice.

In November 2017being misinformed by them I have booked 2BHK Flat the executive told that construction shall startwithin December 2017, but till now no construction started, different executive, asking for different downpayment amount, some asking for 15% some 25%, cancellation charge at the time of booking was told as 4% of the paid amount, now when I asked for cancellation they asking for 4% of total sale value, i.e 50, 00, 0/- amenities charge too high Rs 2, 00, 000/- asking for the amenities charges at the time booking, in addition of 12% GST, but Government reduced Gst For first time home purchaser and revised by Notification dated 25/01/2018 which they are not recognizing, and denying, Flat booking price is different from different customers, project even not started , no fill up, pilling, boundary wall, even no model ready, price is considerable high, location not in action area-iii,
That that entire term and condition not known, and fishy, now demanding first 25% percent then after 25% of total paymnet along with amenities charges theywill execute the sale agreement, moreover in the agreement there is clause that the builder shall complete the construction within 4 years of the agreement, means from the provisional allotment/pre booking date till the agreement and thenafter 4 years you have to wait for the procession after making then most of payment of the flat, LOSS LOSS,
after Flat booking, and advance payment their tone changes, black mailing the customer, board of director names and ceo, or director name not known, not mentioned anywhere, its scam, as Evanie none of the project in time and some project even not started after taking money and booking amount from the customer, I call all the purchaser to bombard the SAURAV GANGULY on tweeter and all social media and ask him why he has taken such a huge amount fro promoting such a cheat company, shamful he is ambassador to such a cheat Company, people shall not live him in peace in the even of cheat of fund of benafide purchaser and people at large by misinformation, and demand explanation from him,

Evanie Eco Nest advertisements are completely misleading. I personally went to their Golaghata office to inquire, but they are charging way more than advertised and also there is a lot of ambiguity in their pricing, advertisement and actuality:
If you want to book 3 BHK 1071 sq. ft. amenities charge is 3 lakhs whereas in their e-brochure its mentioned 2 lakhs, when confronted they are saying in the application form its mentioned 3 lakhs. On the contrary if you go to book at projects like Siddha, they are only charging Rs. 75 per sq. ft. for amenities.
In the advertisement it says "Purchase flat and get a free parking", its not that simple. First pay 15% of the flat price, then enter a lottery to win a free parking, yes "win" a free parking, where it might be any parking bike, car, covered, open or NONE.
On same advertisement they are saying Rs. 15000 is application amount. I don't know how that is calculated. Application kit is Rs. 300 and to confirm your booking its 15% of flat price.
"8% cashback on spot- booking" is again misleading. Its 8% of 15% of flat booking price, not on total flat booking price.
On radio they are advertising, "pay only for covered area" but in reality you are charged for total area.
When asked for copy of sanctioned plan, they said they will provide all necessary documents after sale agreement, but what is the point after I have already paid 25%.

I visited their office and when speaking to the executive I Inquired and found the building materiel use in the construction are branded and of high quality.
another impotent facility company is providing is pick and drop from Unitec Building for visit to the project site.

Evanie Econest is a good project to invest.Here you will get all the facilities. The executives are very helpful. When I went to visit the site then I got clear idea about the project from executive and brouchers are well designed. When I go to their office, executives are helpful
to make me understand about various features of the project. They have various departments like sales, operations and legal.Terms and conditions are customer friendly.
The location of the project is good. This is an excellent project in a very affordable price with all the modern amenities.This is the right choice to purchase you flat.

I booked a 3 BHK in this project. my Agreement process was a little late but the same has done now, but I had a confusion on a point of the sale agreement. I went to their office and their legal executive made me understand all the points every clearly. I am ready happy after booking in this project.

I have heard their advertise on Radio Mirchi long back and booked a 2 BHK at Eco Nest Project. I went several builders office but their sq.ft is more higher this Evanie. So, I decided to book eco nest. Visited 1 month ago at the project site and construction was going on. I think booking flat in eco nest was a right decision.

Once I visited their marketing office at Golaghata for enquiry purpose planning for a new flat for my family.I visited them along with my wife. I really appreciate how good they offer a gentle and courteous customer service. They not only offered welcome tea, but also we were continuously attended with one of their sales representative who was equally a smart and intelligent enough to answer our queries regarding purchase of a 2 BHK Flat.
Though I am not finalised on my decision, still thought to share it with them as a happy customer.Keep it up!
