We bought land in prince town ( they kerp changing names but evani and ushadhi is same i guess)and sale deed mentioned bastu land , upon checking it was found land is Sallie and huge discrepancies in seller name , some representative came not even main seller

Has builder became insolvent?? There is a group on fb name evani and ushasi sufferer group that has 136 members but its not active now I guess as there is no response

Now waiting for mutation great if it happens otherwise it's going to b difficult selling that plot

Kindly clarify if someone has other opinion or anything positive/ affirmative news to share

PS , option has only evani nature city mention but its about ushashi prince town

I had booked a flat in2016 in prince town platinum. But nothing is ready. Then, I asked for return of my amount. They don't want to pay back.execuses galore.

I heard from the company that 22 people filed a case against the company. So they are not able to pay to us, as this is prejudice.

Like to be part of those 22 people.

I booked my flat in the year of 2017 with my hard earned money and they were promised within 2020 it will be handed over to me but still now they not even plan to start the project exectp few pillars and front gate structure. When I asked them to return money as per the clauses written in the agreement they are denying and no one assured whether it can be done or not, neither they provide any number of the MD/CEO. I urge to all the buyers not even think of booking a house in this project. Finally, Mr. Sourav Ganguly (our beloved Dada) how he signed as the Brand Ambassador? Only for money?

Hi ... I have booked two flats in usashi prince town projects in 2016 August by paying them more than 5 lakhs...till now nothing has happened and now they are even refusing refunds... Just visited this site on last Sunday & found the construction status still same like last sep, 2019. In last 4 years they didn't built anything except just a main gate & just 2 storeyed of a unit which is not a noble indication of these builders & a clear fraud.

But they know middle-class sentiment which they using as weapon that middle-class can't do anything except crying & sadly stating their ill-fated luck.

We need break this belief & recover our hard earned money. My in-laws just invested their hard earned moneys at their old age just for a better living & I can't let it end like this & belief most who invested here with same sentiment.

I have created a WhatsApp group in name of ' Victims Of UshashiEconest' so we can fight together & win together. So please send me your IDs to add in that group so collaborately we can take some steps, we can't allow any cheaters to loot our hard earn money just like that.

It's time to showcase our power & get this bustard learn their lessons. Any suggestion also very much welcome but I want every victims of this project join the WA group & raise their voice to punish & get our money back.
