A goup of cheated company

I booked my flat in the year of 2017 with my hard earned money and they were promised within 2020 it will be handed over to me but still now they not even plan to start the project exectp few pillars and front gate structure. When I asked them to return money as per the clauses written in the agreement they are denying and no one assured whether it can be done or not, neither they provide any number of the MD/CEO. I urge to all the buyers not even think of booking a house in this project. Finally, Mr. Sourav Ganguly (our beloved Dada) how he signed as the Brand Ambassador? Only for money?
