Esteem misty hills is a poor project where club house meant for the plot owners is used for commercial purposes such as wedding functions, parties and it creates an insecure ambience inside the layout. Except one family, none else is constructing a house there. Overall esteem has lost its reputation in the last few years after the sons of the builder took over the leadership role.

When You Enter the Apartment Man Gate, You Find a Bunch of Teenage Security Guard Boys standing alongside a permanent security guard Bhadrul Hoque Laskar forming a group -, a daily scene, the wholescene looks more of an eve teasers gang stalking at the main gate of an apartment building rather than a professional security guard manning the frontage of any reputed apartment. A Manager who is paidsalary by the residents of the apartments and who reeks of arrogance, shady behaviour, who has taken apartment under his siege and has forged a mutually beneficialunderstanding with the security supervisor. A contract security guard and manager who calls the shots at the main gate and apartment being long standing permanent employees for over 5 years thriving on the maintenance of ethical residents who are the owners of the flat and who contribute to apartment fund, corpus etc - A audit of managers expenses is required . Others workers in the esteem Royale apartment including electricians, Plumbers, Servants, delivery boys, visitorsare all at the mercy of the Manager and Security Supervisor building an autocratic culture demanding subservient approach, A role Model Duo Manager and Security and this mutually convenient nexus will be unseenand unheard of in any other reputedapartment association in Bangalore and states in India.- Imagine having the same security supervisor at the main gate a contract employee who has been calling the shots for the past 5 years who colludes with Manager.Looks Like Apartment Society isbecoming a commercially viable propositions for managers and security supervisorswho are onboarded by like minded people. High time Manager and Security guard are terminated with immediate effect to cultivate a clean environment within the apartment association. A dangerous trend of Manager and Security supervisor deadlycombination has been established and any rebuttal to this honest review byApartment association will not help. A toxic culture cultivated by Apartment Association Manager and the need of the hour is to stop his arrogance, Nexus within the flat -More review to come on the activities of the duo-Manager Kumanan M should be terminated

I am presently staying in Esteem Gardenia, Sahakaranagar, facing the problem of allotment of parking scam from my registration time - parking number is allotted without any practical sense in between big hazard pillars, where taking a car out is a problem, as parking is allotted in front also, parking is not allotted under the same block.

The group will allot 2 parking for the same person in the same block, to make more money but will not allot the parking, who paid for one parking under the same block.i have asked for a parking change from the beginning as my tent used to have problem and detected money from rent, as he took a paid parking from the owner, who had two parking's in the same block.it is very difficult to get the director and other staff are not able to take any decision nor any reply for my letter or email and then I could not followup, as I was stationed outside of Bangalore .

I have shifted to the apartment from past four years, still facing the problem to park the vehicle in my allotted parking and I am asking for  exchange of the parking under the block, opposite on the other end of the property, near the  front of Main gate,  which is available but not able to meet the director nor any concerned authorized person in the group nor will get any reply for my letter to them

We bought a flat in Esteem Royale, ST Bed, Koramangala in  Bangalore. It was a smooth transaction, one of the rare builder who accepted transaction amount in white and registered the property without any problems. Since it was an apartment held by the builder, needed final handing over. The builder in all his fairness, offered to compensate for the works and reduce the amount from the registration amount. We were worried about electrics and sanitary, so requested the builder himself to complete the works! Since I was in a hurry and had to travel back abroad, went ahead and got the work done as the builders workers were no where in sight, 3 days after registration.

I presented the bill for works 58, 500 to the developer and voila. Got the payment cheque. I asked my caretaker to present the cheque during August  to the bank, happy . sent a chocolate box in appreciation for the professional dealing.

December, I checked my bank statement and saw that the cheque issued by the builder was rejected due to lack of funds! Till today, my care taker has followed up several times with th builders office and has been sent back on several pretexts and I am yet to see the cheque re-ssued by Esteem Royale Group! two days ago before leaving India,  I have given my contact number on email to the director of Esteem Group in Bangalore, for them to call when the cheque is ready! It has not happened till now!

So how does a builder become reputed if they cannot honour a simple agreed upon contract!?
