The building is not built with good quality construction material because of which there are so many cracks and leakages that happen and a lot of time gets wasted on it.

Even after pleading with them to give us our flats as soon as possible, the construction has not started yet. So, clearly they have no interest in making the flats, so beaware of them and do not let your money get wasted.
