It’s easy to talk about experience- good vS bad. But it’s difficult to see the crux of it. My experience with 5 Elements is an amazing journey till date and hope for future also. I meet them from close friend of mine student of my aunt. Resident of near by site for past 10+ years. From security-construction labour-field management team- owner….are hero’s. They are fighting day in day out to make dream come true for people like us who gave their sweat and blood in this project. I am visiting this site most of my weekends to see how things are rolling. Each individual is down to earth. Infact shopkeeper opposite gate. Who is in hope for this small dukan business expansion??. In my true words- if you have even if you have huge pockets to invest in big shorts (do that) still do invest in this project- at times big names attract but world # paach tatva (5Elements) give you ground reality. Choice is yours??Think before you opt??

If you are planning to buy a property in Bangalore, I suggest to visit 5 Elements once and visit there project and check price And quality, I hope you will not find a match in that area.

We went to see gr greenline. Though marketing team is friendly and explains in detail the MDs esp. Mr Kumar are very arrogant and not even responds with basic courtesy. If this is the case even before booking flat it is anybody's guess how they will treat once we pay the booking advance. We will be thrown at their mercy

Hallo everyone I am one of the customer of 5 elements reality of jp nagar gr greenline apartment project.

After 1 and half year being a owner of the flat of gr greenline its really pathetic to say the worst builder Mr kashinath and Mr kumar.

While purchasing a flat we paid car parking charges too. But while hand over the builder given so small car parking place that we cannot able to park our car and when I asked to give good parking try started to demanding more money. Pls guys buy flat from any other good builders not at 5 elements reality.

Don't suffer after buying like me

NO proper Response from employees and MD Kashinath worst behaviour not fit for builders plz plz customer dont go to 5ELEMENTS REALTY .they cheat innocent

They will be interacting only when something is of their interest like amount cheque, site visit, and contacting for loan etc. otherwise they are not interested to talk.

An experience with 5 Elements Realty, Kanakapura road, Jayanagar, Bangalore left a lasting impact on me which makes me write this review.

I was looking for a flat in 2015 and as part of my search had an opportunity to interact with Mr.Kashinath(sorry if have got the name wrong) who heads 5 Elements Realty regarding purchase of a flat in Aditya Harmony(A project they were marketing then).

From my earlier and multiple interactions with the sales representatives of 5 Elements Realty, it seemed like Mr.Kashinath is interested in conversation only if the customer comes with a booking cheque. This is their way of filtering non serious customers!

Because I had liked the location of the project I went to their office one day with the cheque for booking advance. This turned out to be my first and last meeting with Mr.Kashinath. He was least interested in giving any information about the project / showing any documents before I confirm the booking by making the payment.

Attitude and words seemed like you are wasting my time by asking lot of information and booking cheque is nowhere to be seen!

May be this is their way of filtering out non serious buyers which was not to my liking and I had return without going ahead with this project in spite of liking it a lot for the location.

If the experience with one marketing representative is not good, you can interact with another or the owner. But if the experience with the owner himself is not good, you don't feel like moving ahead and committing 50+ laks on a under construction project.
