Pathetic Sales & Customer Service

Review on Eldeco Accolade, Sohna, Gurgaon

Eldeco( Accolade)….Sounds good brand but in reality they are cheaters.

I recently had encountered really bad experience with this builder Sales/ Marketing and even customer service team.

Please don't think to hold any flat with them on their sweet words, that we have the leverage to cancel the unit with no hidden charges and within certain period of time.

Even if you book the possession flat I can assure their customer service and sales is so great that they will never bother to come back to you on time with your question answers. You yourself have to do follows up with them and wait for their right mood to resolve your query.

I had cancelled unit of Gurgaon Sohna road site and after 20 days of continuous follow up from side I was told there will be 25% cancellation charges which were never documented or informed verbally. Finally after struggling for 2 months I now finally have received money with approx. 15 emails and almost double of these calls.

Really pathetic service they offer after you block your money no matter what the amount is, you will be treated as if you have done the biggest mistake of your life. Please think at least 100 times before booking the flat. I wanted to rate negative in number but unfortunately google doesn't have that option. Last but not the least, most of the good review you see below is of sales team only so better ignore that to consider this project for your dream home.
