One of my close relative Mr Debojit Mushi has booked one D1 type flat for Shalimar project through online mode vide application no 16566. We have booked without physical verification of site since we are staying outside of Bengal due to professional reason.


On 14th Oct'21, we have gone the project site but came back with very bad experience. Security in charge and his associates behaved rudely with us and practically they have kicked out us from the site because no one Solaris staff is present and they are enjoing their holidays.


We even contacted Somani retailer person through whom we contacted during booking. He tried for our visit the site office but failed. Based on circumstances we requested the to show 3D tower models only which are kept inside office but security team did not allow us.


Requesting Solaris management to take my feedback seriously and take appropriate action.


On my first visit I will rate zero with respect to customer satisfaction index. Please try to improve customer service.
