I had good opinions about ethics of Eco Life until today when I heard that allegedly they have taken over construction of an under construction project HiLife Greens, Balagere, Gunjur area.

It is alleged that they are building villas all over the spaces in the project which were meant for common amenities. The current project Hilife Greens is already causing loss to buyers because of so many deviations and frauds, but "Eco" life came has apparently taken over to churn this project further. This is completely unethical of these people. We are living in the age where the builder could sell a buyer's corpse if he could mint some money after killing him.

Location wise the project is convenient. Good school, malls(Virginia and Forum Mall) and also Sakra World Hospital are located nearby. Another good thing about the project is it has many amenities which are maintained timely.

Nice project and well connected with all major part of the city like Sarjapur, Whitefield and Electronic city. Value for money property.

A wonderful project with great amenities. Fully ventilated apartment with direct sunlight. Good support from the sales team was very helpful with a lot of patience during finalization.
