Stayaway If you love ur money, time & self-respect Beware of this cheater and rogue builder. If you really like construction qauality than you are wrong. We bought an apartment from them. The quality of wall plastring and the colour of walls were dropped with the mix of papdi .Initially it was all very nice talks, then suddenly in between they raised the prices.

So when I want my money back and canceled the deal they took some gundas back of me. I have very bad experience as of now as after sale service is very bad, they don’t care about customer once flat is booked. They dont even answer your single quaestion.They create very good impression before booking the flat, you can see real face after booking.I dont reccomended to any one

Eastern Devoloper have made there way up in the construction business by providing customers with satisfactory flats and villas. The flats have very good design and they have a nice modern look. These flats have been on for sale when the construction started because of the pre booking these flats were sold at around 16000 per sq feet and then after the construction finished the booking was around 27000 per sq feet . The flats are great and are good in this price range .

Eastern developers are femous in town they very large space to cover that area, 12000ft. long construction like a afil tower and lookes like huge from out side. They have lot’s of employee in there branches more than 22k+  employee in our country . Jyoti Builders have larger space to plot there new offices, offices are good looking and situated in a very wide range of area
