I bought a flat in this project and it was delayed. I got a delayed possession and got open reserved parking after 2 years. The parking was given at an inconvenient space (outside the premise opposite shop space. When i asked my queries Poonam spoke rudely and she never helps in giving you solutions or atleast clarifying in an empathetic way. She is horrible staff and i have never experienced such pathetic experience. The builder team gives special preference to the people whom they know and don’t care if other people’s concern. Never buy a property here.

Never ever purchase any kind of property from Dynamic reality. The worst worst builder and pathetic after purchase service. They will take 2years advance maintenance from you mentioning you don’t have to pay for another 2years and will ask for another maintenance amount from the date of building completion. NO MATTER IF YOU PURCHASE IT IN 2023 or 2024 they will later take maintenance from you from 2018. They do fraud in Their agreement. Their advocate Pooja won’t help you with anything . She won’t even reply back to you. Neither Their CRM head. I had a PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR CRM POONAM. She is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. The only thing I got after purchasing 2BHK flat from them is REGRET and STRESS. Be aware of these fraudsters. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DYNAMIC REALTOR.

Not a trustworthy builder. Its better to buy from any other local builder than to buy from them. Customer service, after sales service is very very bad. They will frequently call you to do the agreement as soon as possible. They talk very sweetly before selling and will give you all false promises. Once the flat is sold to you, they(especially the CRM team) will behave with you as if you are stranger and not a customer. They will not listen to the problems you faces once you take the possession of the flat. Ignore you as if you are some beggar and begging to them. In agreement they will write covered car parking and while possession they will not allot any parking saying work in progress. After 1 year living in this place we got the parking. Also they will provide such a parking that you cannot park your car. It will be only two wheeler parking. Very improper management, no thought process how the customer will park the car. Upon requesting for a driveway or proper parking they CRM team, Engineers, completely ignore you, will not pick your calls, block customers numbers, will not reply to any of your emails. They have no value to customer. Just focus is on selling and making money. Very very bad service we have got. All false promises are given by the Sales and CRM team. Never ever trust their words, they are not true to their own words and will definitely make you fall for the trap. Another problems is no boring water(all water sources tanker dependent), so keep in mind you have to incur very very high maintenance charges here. While selling they will tell you amenities, boring water, well water, etc. which is all false. So beware before buying a flat here. As per my personal experience flat is something where you invest a huge amount and hard earn savings, so buy Only from trusted, branded builders instead of going for such local builders. Also before making your decision do a thorough research of that place, builder, and also talk to previous flat owners to get the real insight. All and all let it take time but do research and go with trusted brands only. Avoid such builders who will show you all exterior beauty and give you false hopes/promises, and in actual from inside they are all hollow with no respect for their customers. You have been warned!

The worst builder i have ever seen will never pay for fuel of genrators, its a 10 floor building n lifts doesnt work. If any health emergency for people living in top floors and nothing can b done .who the hell is responsible for that ? Nothing on time in this soc.. never invest in this building nor the builder . He is a fraud

The guy girish is taking care of this buildin but never ans the call if any emergency wonderful dunamic reality venture u are fraud
