Beware before buying Flat in Dynamic Grandeur

Not a trustworthy builder. Its better to buy from any other local builder than to buy from them. Customer service, after sales service is very very bad. They will frequently call you to do the agreement as soon as possible. They talk very sweetly before selling and will give you all false promises. Once the flat is sold to you, they(especially the CRM team) will behave with you as if you are stranger and not a customer. They will not listen to the problems you faces once you take the possession of the flat. Ignore you as if you are some beggar and begging to them. In agreement they will write covered car parking and while possession they will not allot any parking saying work in progress. After 1 year living in this place we got the parking. Also they will provide such a parking that you cannot park your car. It will be only two wheeler parking. Very improper management, no thought process how the customer will park the car. Upon requesting for a driveway or proper parking they CRM team, Engineers, completely ignore you, will not pick your calls, block customers numbers, will not reply to any of your emails. They have no value to customer. Just focus is on selling and making money. Very very bad service we have got. All false promises are given by the Sales and CRM team. Never ever trust their words, they are not true to their own words and will definitely make you fall for the trap. Another problems is no boring water(all water sources tanker dependent), so keep in mind you have to incur very very high maintenance charges here. While selling they will tell you amenities, boring water, well water, etc. which is all false. So beware before buying a flat here. As per my personal experience flat is something where you invest a huge amount and hard earn savings, so buy Only from trusted, branded builders instead of going for such local builders. Also before making your decision do a thorough research of that place, builder, and also talk to previous flat owners to get the real insight. All and all let it take time but do research and go with trusted brands only. Avoid such builders who will show you all exterior beauty and give you false hopes/promises, and in actual from inside they are all hollow with no respect for their customers. You have been warned!
