Southern Heights is emerging as the hottest piece of real estate in Joka. The quality of Construction is fabulous. It's a pleasure that such a nice cluster of apartments are being developed so close to IIM Kolkata. The entrance from the main road leading to the apartments. It's a nice calm and secluded place.

This is one such a project where once setting your feet you will feel a belongingness. I spent numerous days and evenings here, the peaceful ambience, the serene house ranges and the most relaxing set of utilities at its world class clubhouse - Elevate. Be it a Bookworm or a Fitness Freak, be it a Moviebuff or a Yoga Geek, DTC takes care of everyone's needs here. I love being here and the sensation I receive every evening when I return home is priceless. If you wish to have a one in a million home, then you have to wait, because the wait will be worth it. Five start project in this segment.

We have been in the DTC Southern Heights for over 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Fantastic location near the upcoming Joka Metro Station and local shops, restaurants and local markets. The DRC staffs here are looking after us extremely well and nothing is too much to ask.
Good looking at residential towers.
The Clubhouse looks awesome with a marvel and impressive appearance when built. Just love to arrange some party here. Can't wait for it to finish.

The process from the first day we walked into Southern Heights until today has been incredibly satisfying. The design process made it so easy to envision what a new living space would look like while MIVAN based construction made sure to avoid the seepage. We love our new flat! They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. We enjoyed living with the other allottees and the staffs.
The staffs complement each other and work as a team.
The entire project was so clean, every day they took great care of our living space as they worked. We sincerely recommend Southern Heights and hope to have them back for other projects! Thanks to the DTC Southern Heights Team!
