Travelling is a problem here.

This place is built in a remote area and travelling to work or any other place is a huge issue from this area. Even ubers and public transport refuses to come here so it is an issue.
Customer service team is horrible.

It amazed me how ignorant their customer service department was and when I told them that I would like to see the approvals and licenses, they looked at me like they have never heard this before, so I decided not to make the deal with them.

We thought we would be moving in an area that has green spaces and we would get some area when we can roam around and spend some peaceful time, but the builders made buildings in the space where there was supposed to be green trees and now we are stuck with living in a complex that is congusted!

There have been many active projects that the builder has failed to deliver on a timely basis since the past 18 months. The final possession of the flat is not handed over to the buyer and this is not accepted by the buyers at the last moment.
