Hi, Have been following up with the mgmt for below via email, verbal, in person and Messages for almost 2+ months now.Havent got any closure dates yet.Hense using this platform.@Stone Hill below major issues are not addressed.
1) Flow of water and mud inside parking during rain via boundry wall from the land behind our project.
2) Alluminium sliding window installtion at common coridors was executed at few blocks but shortly the work was stopped in between stating there is materials shortage. This will help us to avoid rain water flow at the coridors.
3) Automatic water level controllers are in bad shape, doesnt work, sensors installed in tanks are not working also not installed properly, water is over flowing frequently which is resulting in wastage of water. No response on this too.
4) Towards swiming pool/kids play area there are coconut trees which requires fixing of nets to ensure there is no impact of falling coconuts and debris etc. No action taken after constant follow ups.
5) Completion of project: gym, party hall, all other amenities still not completed and the quality of flooring installed are already getting damaged due to external factors like rain. Nobody at site to take the ownership.
6) Additional Borewell is required as the pressure of existing borewell has gone down and also water is borrowed from site next to the project. Though we have 3+ points but not all are in working condition.
7) Exit signages and other signages are not yet fixed.
8) As the drive way is very close to the lift entrance we have asked for speed breakers to be installed not addressed this yet.SushilStone Hill
