If you want to live good and peaceful life then be away from DS-MAX properties.

They will collect huge maintenance in advance but they don't even provide basic amenities.If you try reaching their team through mails they don't even bother to reply for mails and if you meet them personally they will act as if they are so obedient and solve our issues, they are the best cheaters I have ever seen.

My personal experience with builder is excellent, we can reach top management official of DS-MAX at any given point of time.  When I have taken flat in DS-MAX Spark, I don`t have any idea about loan formalities, common society building, but builder have guided to me in perfect direction and saved money of legal etc charges.   Since this is my first investment in immovable property, I am particular about vaastu and other sentiment point of views and I shown to my astrologer and he has certified all are in fine as per vaastu. Coming to construction quality, location, pricing its amazing.   I am really enjoying property with my family and thanks to DSMAX once again.  Now I have planned to take one more flat with same builder as my loan eligibility increased.  Hope builder will give same kind of approach as experienced in earlier.

Dont Buy DS MAX

Hi All,

This is Ranthir Muralidharan, Flat owner of 330 of DS Max Stone Hill, AnjAnasultanpura.

My suggestion to the new buyers is dont go for DS Max, for the people who purchased and not paid full make sure that all your grievances are got from them and aishwaryasingh23 in full. As I'm suffering after paid in full.

I have raise 4 queries and they are not interested to listen them and no responses from CRM.

1) Bathroom is getting the Septic Tack smell when you flush or open the tap for water, this has been complained many times and not rectified for past 5 months and living with the same smell. I need to flush the water and open the water in washbasin for 5-10 minutes and wasting water unused and then all smell goes then using the bathroom. I have requested them to rectify and they are still thinking how it can happen. Really I don't know how they constructed these kind of architecture.

2) Wall Cracks - I have complaint in the past before I paid full amount and they rectified immediately and very supportive to fix all things. After full aishwaryasingh23ment done, I have logged complaint on their register and via mail to CRM and no body bothers to attend the call.

3) I have requested for documents which is required to aishwaryasingh23 tax and katha transfer to my name which no one responded yet and I don't know when they are going to provide the same.

4) Car parking - Dear buyers make sure that you see the car parking of DS MAX before you aishwaryasingh23 the amount, For me they have allotted a place where I need to carry my car in hand then park it is surrounded by 4 cars and no path to get in my car parking. and allotting space they have done for 2 flat owners in the same place. How can I park?

For the same when I called the CRM they shared a person name Mr. Dilip(9900117430) who doesn't know to how to speak to a customer and respect on call while speaking. He doesn't have manner while talking. I don't mind what ever position he holds in that organisation, @SATHISH please teach your staffs how to speak on the phone.

This is Madhu from Blore and I am a satisfied and happy owner of DS MAX Savera Flat so far.

Since 2015 I am in touch with DS max to buy Savera property, due to some reason I have delayed buying flat. Later I have decided after doing survey in and around Uttrahalli, for this price with the amenities, none of the apartments are ready to give or build the flats. When I had planned to buy a house, I have made enquiries with my colleagues, friends and also checked on web. Also visited nearby completed projects where my close friend bought the same group flat in different project and flat is very good, he is very happy too. I saw the construction quality of ds-max projects and checked about legal, vaastu compliant everything as per the plan. I felt to buy and then approached advocate for all checks done. Finally we got all approvals. We are eagerly waiting for possession and am sure we will get the flat well within the agreed timelines.

We have no issues so far and happy too.

Very patient and humble staff. I am damn sure no other builder doing so, I myself heart fully recommend DS-MAX.

We have sold 1 acre land to DSMAX recent past. would like to share our soft experience with builder initially we have lots of doubts on builder, but the way they have scrutinised our land records is amazing and they have arranged to get all missed records through revenue department. Their staff are very supportive and they will not compromise on legals, until will get all documents they have not processed our file. The payment commitments given by builder is very prompt and we have seen somany builders and did transactions, but dsmax experience is excellent., we have planned to give some more lands to DSMax .

We felt very happy during first transaction.

I am a doctor by profession, I was searching for a good residential flat which can fit in to my budget. After through research, luckily, I have seen DS Max Sandalwood project and purchased flat No 242 with in my budget plan. Three attributes, location, price& service makes this choice of selection unique. Affordable pricing, quality of construction and customer service by DS MAX is good. There are very few builders who handover your flat on time and we got handover well in time.Nearby metro station and ring road makes this project to connect with every part of the city easily. DS Max helped me in home loan sanction without any hassles. It’s a good investment in my career growth. My parents are happy to see me in a good well developed flat with all amenities. I am Naveen Kumar proud owner of a flat in DS Max Springfield A 109 Myself and my family sincerely believe that one of the best decisions we have made in our life has been acquiring a flat in DS Max.

We had booked the flat in Springfield and were handed over possession in Mar, 2017 exactly as per originally promised by the Company. There has been no increase –escalation in cost which has become the normal practice in the Industry. The quality of construction as well as the various bathroom and electrical fittings are excellent. Besides all minor issues have be resolved promptly.

The projects of DS Max are approved by most of the leading Bankers and there was no issues in getting loan from the bankers. In fact most of the flat owners in the complex have availed loan from one Bank or the other.

In fact we have no issues on complaints with DS Max and we are enjoying our stay in our newly acquired Flat.

We positively endorse DS max for its quality construction, timely delivery and excellent after sale service.

I am living in DS MAX SilverNest from last 6 years and our experience with them has been very good.

I remember reading reviews in mouthshut before procuring the flat and was little concerned about buying the flat after going through few -ve feedbacks "they say a location and the building will be at a different location", "quality of work", etc. but I thought these -ver feedbacks have no strong basis, as if you have to purchase a flat you would any way go to the building location and only then you will buy it. offcourse buying flat is not an online business, we need to personally visit the spot and buy only if we like the locations and area where we prefer to leave. For the kind of pricing what we are getting the flat to leave in Bangalore is highly appreciated and the quality of building and life that we get for that price is non comparable. I am living in my flat for more then 6 yrs and have no complaints about the quality of any thing that I used in

From the beginning they were always there to address all our requirements and concerns. Unlike other builders who wash their hands off post handing over, DS MAX is a rare  exception. When I tried to buy flat in DS Max during 2013, I did stepped back by reading reviews about their reviews in the internet portals. But taken a call in 2015 again to buy in DS Max Seldon(Flat No.8).

My view is as follows: If people afford to buy properties in bigger players like Prestige, Renaissance. end up paying huge premium just to be cautious about legal issues around and Khatha availability etc.,

DS Max offers always in really less price even the building located near to big players and they arrange OC and Khatha availability. The quality of construction is amazing compare with other builders and keeping customer queries on top priority. I am happy with flat size of 1620 sqft. with lower costs along with OC and Khatha. no issues around.! and no additional escalation costs charged etc.,

DS Max is closure to middle class people to make their dream true and their coverage is around Bangalore is great.

Staff responses are really amazing. being secretary of this apartment I found them taking more responsible in order to ensure fulfilling our owners requirements and more supportive during maintenance period.

Great team to trust and invest with lower price.!
Dont buy if they ask that you need to get interior

Property wise it is good but if they force you that interior work can be done only by their interior designing team.I would suggest don't go for it.As their interior team is very unprofessional towards their response and work.

We got interior done for our properties .In few months only the interior parts were damaged and even after several complains followup they were not able to fix the issue and have suggested for some other options for the makeover.Even after agreeing on the makeover/repair of the interior they didnt get it done.Everytime you will call they will keep you telling that it will be done in another 2-3 days but problem remained same.

Looking in the Market when there are so many builders available I wont suggest for Dsmax builders.

Hi everyone! I am Kishor and I have booked one unit in Stonehill projects and referred 3 more relatives in Dsmax projects. Initially I was a bit hasitated to move ahead with properties. And I heard about many branded builders like Puvankara, Sobha and many others. But I have lost my hope after I got the price quotations. A small 1080 sq/ ft was costing me nearly 1crore(including overall charges). So I have decided to drop the plan but by the grace of God I happen to get the advertisement from Times of India from Dsmax, I was shocked to see the price even in potential locations. I didn't believe but I wanted to give a try, so I went to the project. And I found many more schemes and very transparent guidance from each and everyone whom I interact to. And I won a bike in Flat Patni Contest. Thank you Dsmax and God bless.

I have taken flat in DS-MAX Savera flat No.264 E Block, initially I have approached many builders in Uttarahalli surroundings as I am very particular about location. Since last 12 years I am familiar to Uttarahalli location and would like to make permanent house in the same locality. When I was enquired with top class builders the prices are very high and not suited my budget, through one of my known associate I have approached DS-MAX and enquired about Uttarahalli location project, by that time they don`t have any flats left out in their ongoing project and they have updated that one more project coming near Uttarahalli bus stop, within short span of time I got call from DS-MAX office and updated me that Uttarahalli project namely DS-MAX Savera is going to launch and they have invited for Bhoomi pooja, accordingly I made my self free and visited, it was surprisingly matches to my budget and also good vastu oriented plan. My experience with them made me realise how in such a short span of time a builder can boast of having so many projects. From the beginning everything was well planned and documented. Our lawyer on studying the documents immediately approved it. All his queries were properly answered and clarified. Project construction schedules are well in advance and quality of construction is very good. Definetly will recomment DS-MAX to my relatives, friends as well as associates, in fact I did it.

Ds Max! I had a wonderful experience throughout my journey on buying my first flat in Bangalore. I thought it will be a dream to own a house in Bangalore but DS MAX gave me opportunity to own a house in Bangalore. really the quality which they have provide in this budget is really a worth.

I would recommend all the people who all are willing to own a house in Bangalore.

My brother recently purchased an apartment in Silver bells near Magadi road and I must say that the  assistance given was too good and I really appreciate the effort taken in understanding the customers needs. Mr Pinto accompanied us and the suggestion and support he gave was really helpful in coming to a conclusion.

Though we had two thoughts due to demonetization, we could not afford to lose this opportunity as we actually loved the ambiance along with the trust worthy support.Usually sales is where people dont answer once the business deal is done. But here Mr pinto supported us till the end. I should also thank Mr Shivakumar and Mr sudhir in helping us getting the loan stuff done.

Hellow., my name is VishwAnasultanth and I am a satisfied owner of DS MAX Silvernest. Since 2013 I am staying in the apartment and facilities& services we are getting is fine enough. When I had planned to buy a house, I have made enquiries with my colleagues, friends and also checked on web. After reading reviews on web myself decided to give this builder a skip, but DS-MAX representative took special initiative and asked us to visit nearby completed projects and shown Constructionguru30 quality of ds-max projects and explained about legal, vaastu compliances, post visit I have approached my own advocate and scrutiny done @ my own, then I have determined to take flat from DS-MAX as I have liked location of project, architecture of building. Now I have been completed 4 yrs stay in dsmax apartment and its looks fine in all aspects.

Presently I am officiating as President of Resident Association and taking care building maintenance from past 1 year, even though ds-max have handed over maintenance to resident association they were guiding wherever assistance is required and also there senior members are available to their customers. Very patient and humble staff. I am damn sure no other builder doing so, I myself heart fully recommend DS-MAX.

We had heard about DS max and had also seen their advertisements in leading publications. we are also aware that company had been awarded with several awards for excellence in the field of real estate and construction. we were looking for a affordable flat in Bangalore for the last few years and we are not successful. considering the profile and brand of DS max as well as the various awards bestowed on the company, we were of the impression that the properties of DS max would be expensive, however to our pleasant surprise on meeting one of the representative of DS max who showed us a flat in DS max sarovar. we got what we are looking for all these days. Besides the pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of construction. I should day we really got value for our money.
