I request you don't go for dsmax properties.
Reason
Materials quality is very bad. Only looks good from outside.
In aggrement, they will mention that u have to interior work from dsmax only. Third party vendor not allowed.
Interior quotation are very high.
Cracks started coming bro my new flat .
Wall are not straight.
They will do harassment. After getting flat register.
Think before going to dsmax flats.

I also want to book flat in Ds max SOVEREIGN Kr puram Bangalore. Have u got OC certificate from builder. Can I get ur no. Mr Amit Prakash so that I can get information about it.

No, First they will deviate the design as per their benefits and profits. Then once u apply for OC it will get reject because of deviation. Then they will ask for bribe to get OC. Then who will pay Bribes and there problem starts.
