I would like to thank D S Max for a value for money homes. Flats constructed are good in quality with required amenities(Under Construction).

I am impressed by the services provided by Jagadish.  Services provided by Service manager Jagadish are excellent. He responds to our queries in a timely manner, suggests possible solutions for the issues in the apartment.

We have been happy with the way Ds Max is maintaining our Serenity Nest apartment in Roopena agrahara. Problems are been attended and resolved promptly. Special thanks to Jagadesh our FMC representative. He has responded to our queries regularly and also taken up issues to the management.

I own a flat in Sigma nest Electronic city, very good experience with builder.

DS Max flats are value for money, timely delivery.

Staff really helps a lot, I went to onsite for 1.5 yrs during this time CRM Dept helped me lot and did alterations as per my wish.

Our experience with DS Max is really great. We had booked an under-construction property with DS Max and we had also made the down payment. After more than a year of booking, we had to cancel our booking due to some personal reasons. Usually sales agreement mentions penalty if the buyer cancels the booking and similarly DS Max also had put this clause. But when we put the cancellation request with genuine reasons, we were given our whole payment return without any hurdles even though sales agreement mentions the penalty usually. This was very unusual experience in today's real estate market. We are really grateful to DS Max for understanding us. DS Max provides rare combination in Bangalore: Budget flats with excellent service, follow-up mechanism, flexibility and quality work. In future, if I have to look for property in Bangalore, then definitely DS Max would be my first choice.

Builder is promt to adress concern.overall site and property is good.

They need to improve on indoor gym facility, greenery and swimmin pool need to opened all days. Intercomm facility is yet to be installed. Overall its good to own or invest in it.

DS Max will give good response to the customer request. very well maintained apartment. they'll help us to make any changes in the home area during construction. Overall good property for buying and it is one of the best option in electronic city. In sigma we have swimming pool, play area for children's, parking lots, temple, super market, gym area which completes the requirements. the location is accessible easily.

We have moved to Bangalore few years back. Me and my wife wanted to settle in Bangalore since and were looking for a suitable property to acquire. We located DS Max Spring Flat No.013 which is situated near Horamavy. Since we were familiar with this area which is also having all the requisite facilities like good school, hospitals, proximity to Metro and other public transportation we preferred this area. We acquired our flat from Ds Max at a very reasonable cost when compared to other similar properties available in this area. The facilities, amenities, security arrangement are excellent. We are glad we could afford it as well. After completion of initial period of maintenance again we choose DSMax to maintain apartment as they hv given good services to us. I would like to rate them 5 out of 5.

FMC team is very helpful in keeping the premises neat and clean. The manager, Jagadish is always available on phone to attend any maintenance problems and takes responsibility in solving them. He has provided good guidance in fixing our building leakages and cleaning activities. He makes frequent visits connect with residents to make sure all concerns are addressed.

Overall we are happy with DS MAX maintenance of our building.

DS Max has taken up the 3-year maintenance ownership. During this period, they have really been very supportive and addressed all the concerns and also been cooperative in providing required guidance to the residents.

They had assigned 1 dedicated FMC manager Mr. Mani who takes care of the apartment goodwill very diligently. He is available on phone when ever needed and often visits the premises to take control of any issues. Its been a very good experience way beyond my expectation. He is very prompt in getting the required attention from the management as necessary and gets a resolution.

Hats off to DS Max and Mani for the wonderful experience provided so far. Way to go. Looking beyond.

Hi, I bought an apartment with DS MAX at Bommanahalli kast year. The quality of contruction is very good and their maintenance support is excellent to say the least. We have got very good support from the maintenance In-charge Mr. Jagdish who is attentive to the detail and also takes care of every resident's problem very efficiently. Thanks to Jagdish and DS MAX team for their wonderful work.

Thank you to you all. for giving your pointers as it’s assisting me out to take my decision to buy flat. I visited close to lawn city wherein they have got one undertaking called Ds max swatantra. I concept of taking one flat there because one in all my friend have taken in the equal challenge.

However lamentably I used to be unable to get the flat inside the equal mission because it’s completely bought out.i've seen plenty of there residences and it’s quite top.

Here I am stating the happiness of living with D S Max spring Dale, the project located at horamavu agara, Bangalore .

I have booked the flat 2013 and got possession in time as the builder promised to hand over the flat in Feb 2015.

The quality of construction and the maintance of the project is awesome.

After as I had satisfied with DS max since last 2 years, I have reffered to my relatives, friends& collegues, so that they can also enjoy with DS max homes .

The projects of D S Max are especially made for the middle class people those who are planning to escape from paying monthly rent.

Once again I thank all the DS MAX team to support me.
Parking Space reduced to half at DS Max Stonehill

I am a resident of DS Max Stonehill and own a 3 BHK. Among all 3 BHKs, mine is the second largest in terms of sq ft area. The marketing manager had shown all amenities and parking area before we purchased the apartment.

After possession, the parking was marked and was similar in size as compared to all other parking spaces allocated to 3 BHKs in the same project. I.e; 12.6ft by 14ft.

Had seen the parking space marking sheet that the site engineer had in his office. It had appeared as if they had converted an entire passage way into 2 parking spaces, one for me and the other for another potential buyer, but sized on par as other spaces for 3 BHKs.

Now, my parking space has been reduced to 6 ft by 13 ft by DS Max stating that they need space to access the Utility panel that is adjacent to my parking space. They did so in my absence without informing me. When I confronted the site engineer, Mr. Nagraj, over phone, he says he has no power to make changes and that the CRM team has to advice him and also stated that all parking spaces are equal in size, which isn't the case. The 3 BHK parking spaces are double the  size of a 2 BHK parking space. The CRM team keeps looping in other people into a mail thread with no concrete results.

If you need peace of mind and do not want to be ripped off, DO NOT PURCHASE A DS MAX PROPERTY.

They lure you and cheat you starting from parking spaces and moving into illegal construction and deviations that prevent you from getting Khata. This reduces the value of your property.

Things need to change, starting now!

DS Max Samba situated in Visakhapatnam is a dream property for myself and my family which we zeroed on after lextensive search and visit to several builder’s site in and around Vizag. The atmosphere in the complex is conducive for a safe, hygienic and enjoyable living. The elevation of the building is particularly impressive and the quality of Constructionguru30 and the Finish938844 is above par. We are proud to own this property and also like to show it to our friends and relatives, who were quite appreciative of our decision to go for a DS Max Property. We have seen several builder projects, but there is no such high quality building found with others. The materials used @ building is such posh and really longer run. Myself recommended 2 projects to my well known clients @ B`lore

I  Chandrasekhar have acquired a flat in DS Max Saffron project  situated in Banaswadi  Bangalore. Myself and my wife are very much happy with our decision to buy this flat. It was a  important and significant decision, as acquiring a house for a middle class family is a life time aspiration. We enjoyed the whole experience, especially the courteous and prompt response of the Staff of DS Max on every issues and queries raised by us. Considering the location, the quality of construction and the amenities provided it is truly a value for money proposition.  I would give 5 out of 5 to DS Max.  We have suggested our relatives, friends to DS-MAX.

They are giving flats at affordable price, which everyone can buy own house in Bangalore and really good thing is, will get flats with all amenities without compromising quality and within specified lead time. Its truly pleasant experience with Ds MAX.
