I saw a leaking beam in the basement car park, and there is no CCTV coverage. It is a very dangerous project to put your hard-earned money. It appears that the same team that worked in Jain Housing Saligram also worked in Doshi Risington that might be one of the reasons for the lesser price. Better stay away from investing or owning even if they provide 5k per sqft
