One of the big cheat. Made a model apartment called Windsor garden to lure customers. Asking money everywhere in Disha Central Park. Illegally occupying part of basement area and planning to use it for commercial establishment for their office or other. It was not in their plan and we got screwed up by believing their fancy words. Worse than local builders. Atleast small scale builder give you flat at lower price, these cheaters charge like Prestige or sobha and greedy like small scale builders to get anything if they can.
