Many of the walls that are constructed as a part of the project lack proper quality plumbing and this needs to improve with great efforts else it will create a troublesome effect for all the people that are living occupying the nearby areas.

There are many chawls that need re-development into buildings but the people are not willing to move into temporary relocation addresses since the builders don’t pay the re-locators on a timely basis to manage their basic needs along with monthly rents. This leads to a major concern with regards to hampering future developments of the location.

They did not show us the appopriate licences and approvals that are required when you are constructing a property because of which I could not trust them and book a house with them.

Buyer preference is very low so as to look up to cater to the basic needs and possibility for a buyer to buy a property. The only possible scenario can be the rise in the prices due to high land rates which is not a suited option.
